Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
